What's the refund policy?

Eddie® is a medical device used during sexual activity, so we are unable to accept any devices that have been used or delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund for the full cost of your order, minus $25 per Eddie (as long as it's in the first 60 days of receiving your order.) This covers shipping, handling, fulfillment, and payment processing. Replacement tension bands and carrying cases are not eligible for refunds.
If you are requesting a refund, we will ask that you submit a photo of all your Eddies cut in half before your refund is processed. (Standard household scissors should work.)

What if I want a different size?

Giddy provides free resizes with all orders, which allows you to resize your Eddie for free, as many times as you need, as long as it’s a different size as your other orders!
For resizing:

  3. Follow the instructions to complete your free resize order.

Wearing Eddie®

Eddie can be applied when your penis is flaccid (soft) or erect (hard).
Place Eddie at the base of your penis, in front of your testicles, with the opening facing down.
Wrap one of the tension bands around the ends of the device. Use the blue band for less constriction, or use the red band for maximum constriction.
For those with limited hand strength, an alternative method is to wrap the tension band around Eddie before placing it on your penis, then gently pull Eddie apart to create a wider opening, while sliding it down onto the base of your penis. You can also try covering the device in lubricant to assist.
Talk to your doctor before using Eddie. We recommend trying Eddie alone, first, before trying it with a partner, to become familiar with how it feels and works.
